This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by OMEGAWARE Labs Hosting Inc. (“Omegaware,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
General Policy
All payments made for services are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing by Omegaware.
Subscription Services
Monthly and annual subscription fees are billed in advance. Once a billing period has started, fees for that period are not refundable, including for partial use or early cancellation.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
Service Issues
If you experience a service-related issue, please contact us promptly. While refunds are not guaranteed, we may, at our sole discretion, offer service credits or other remedies when appropriate.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Omegaware to resolve an issue may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only when required by law or in cases of billing error confirmed by Omegaware.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
